ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order is only accepted once confirmed by Forge Finishes. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown as stated at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed for trade accounts.

MADE-TO-MEASURE PRODUCTS

Most of our range is made to order to your specification. Once production has started, orders cannot be amended or cancelled — see our Refunds page for full detail.

DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. UK mainland delivery terms are set out at checkout. Additional charges may apply for certain postcodes.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur, particularly for custom RAL colours and natural material finishes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Forge Finishes and may not be reproduced without permission.

COMPLAINTS

If you're unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, contact us directly and we will work to resolve it promptly.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
